Developing Your God-given Gifts

This week starts episodes I feel led to discuss - topics we don't hear much about nowadays. As always, I want to encourage you as a friend would.

In this episode, I want to encourage emerging leaders stepping into ministry to take the time to develop the gifts lying within them. I also want to encourage seasoned ministry leaders to remember the importance of mentoring and discipleship of emerging leaders.
