Episode description

What if being a better person was easier than you think?

My guest, Kate Hanley, shares how we can start becoming a better person in just a few minutes a day with some simple steps, intentional decisions, and upgrading our actions and habits.

We keep being a better person simple in this episode and talk about:

  • What being a better person really means
  • How YOU can start small today to become a better person
  • Practical things you can do right now that will strengthen your better person muscles
  • What intention looks like to Kate
  • And how you can start rethinking your decision making to move from a place of fear to one of love.
