Raf was born & raised in India. He graduated from med school & won a national championship in rowing. He travelled the world and ended up in the growing town of Lloydminster AB/SK. Once here he served on the inaugural board that brought Junior 'A' hockey to Lloydminster. Raf has been thoroughly engrained in our community since the beginning & hockey is just a part of it.
