I am delighted to bring you our guest for this episode. Shirin Karsan is a refugee from Uganda, a political refugee to Canada and an economic refugee to USA. After living in many countries, Shirin has settled in the USA as its citizen.
Shirin serves on several boards. One of which is:
• The Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians, (https://welcomingcenter.org/) an organization that connects newly arrived individuals from around the world with the economic opportunities they need to succeed. If you know anyone who may benefit from the Welcoming Center then please pass on the information to them.
