What will the summer housing market bring?

Investors are riding out economic headwinds and adjusting share portfolios to find investments that take advantage of trends such as Ai and renewables.  

These are some of the findings from the quarterly Sharesies Investor Insights survey conducted by independent economist Tony Alexander.

Tony tells us why he thinks shares are still the most popular investment, but that momentum is returning to the property market—the action being with first-home buyers initially, while investors watch and wait.
