Justine Smyth CNZM

This week, Sonya and Leighton are joined by Justine Smyth CNZM. Justine is the Chair of Spark NZ, the Chair of The Breast Cancer Foundation NZ, and a Director of Auckland International Airport. She explains the differences between a company board, Chair, and Director, as well as governance structure.
