In Episode 4 of the Share Your Screen Podcast, we took a deep dive into the ethics of React content and how it pertains to "Fair Use" law on the internet. It's a tough problem to solve, and I don't think there is a 100% clear answer. However, I do strongly believe their needs to be stronger rules in place for those who take non-monetized content without the Creators consent, and use it in a way that then gets to be monetized for a larger Creator.
This was brought to my attention from a video made by Jacksfilms about his thoughts on Sniperwolf. I HIGHLY encourage you all to go and watch his video. It was a great analysis with a lot of well researched info. Many of the examples here I pulled from his video and wanted to do a deep dive on it from our perspective.
