建于1913年，建筑为西式花园别墅，砖混结构四层。自由平面，空间丰富。清水砖墙，各立面差异明显，不讲究对称，鱼鳞瓦铺坡屋面。房主原为犹太人，一二楼从事黄金美钞买卖，三四楼居住活动，一家人在此过着舒适富裕的生活，是20世纪众多犹太家庭中上海的一个代表。
