As of late, I’ve experienced what I like to call a “Creative Burn Out!” Meaning Ya Homegirl Ky is exhausted and recalibrating. As the seasons change, getting my ducks in a row to sustain myself throughout the winter months is yet another process of moving forward. This episode is all about mixing a little bit of this and a little bit of that. While just taking time to breathe. Focus on getting back to center and getting back to the things that keep me balanced.
