So well progress is just coming off of WrestleMania. The last episode I told you I reviewed WrestleMania night 1 and night 2 and everything and we ain't gotten wrong. So and I'm just going to be the highlights one we now have what's next for John Cena, which will be Randy Orton.
No surprise there. They've had great matches. Actually, my favorite matches was I think a no holds barred match where both of them was busted open bloody. It was like the last real bloody, bloody match that we had for a minute and it was I quit match that what it was and it was brutal. I like the fact that they're doing the countdown it it's funny. They're doing what they did with AW did with Daniel Bryan.
It's Bryan Danielson where it it was a countdown to his his retirement and then we became champ. He extended it and he, you know, we kind of counted down that last match and they doing something similar with this. Now, what's interesting is that The Rock was on Pat McAfee and he had his conversation about why he wasn't there and so forth. And a certain tick tock about a good point that on NXT, my Internet is cutting up people. Please forgive me.
It's early in the morning that he did a promo NXT where he mentioned he wanted Cody. So. So I think when he said that and it made such a stink, they kind of had to pay that off in some way, shape or fashion.
They also said that John Cena didn't want to turn heel at WrestleMania. He wanted to turn heel at Elimination Chamber, which honestly, it would been a big impact with WrestleMania. You know it it's kind of funny that a lot of these promotions they're very beholden to some of these old school wrestlers and it some tell me that he must have veto power in his good. Matt. Matt, you know something? This is actually he's going to be a crazy day today.
My auntie going in and out. So please forgive me, people. Back to my point where I was thinking it's crazy how these guys have that much power when they say so on when they come back or what have you and so forth. Like I told you, I was not surprised. I knew that John Cena was going to win the belt. I just didn't know what they were going to do next. And then of course, Seth Rollins.
You now have the new dangerous alliance with Seth Rollins and and Braun Breaker, which I'm curious to see if they're going to be more people at it with both of them decimating CM Punk and the Tribal chief Roman Reigns. And you know something, I like it. I like it actually, now that I think about it, actually like it because what made me like it, they added Braun Breaker. So basically what they did was combine him.
How can I put this? You have his senior Punk, which is Ashley, Seth Rollins, and then you have your bruiser, which is Bond Breaker. You feel where I'm coming from. So and then of course, people would make a mention about evolution and so forth. Do I think they're going to add a second person? I think a third person, it wouldn't surprise me if they do. The question is who? I don't know why I keep feeling Drew McIntyre in this when I can choose on Smackdown. So it wouldn't make sense.
It had to be somebody on Raw. I saw the name Austin Theory because Paul Heyman was very high on Austin Theory. Which I would love to see Austin theory come back. I think where he was heading and where he ended up was kind of crazy because he has that giant Cena ish type thing feel about him and I feel that he's definitely, definitely going to be a I'm sorry, he didn't had to do win the United States title. And then I think when they released him.
So but something telling me that he'll be back because I got a feeling that I I don't know why. I just feel that Austin theory is the next Heyman got to be at it. And but like I said, I Ron was was pretty decent. Becky Lynch turning 24 hours after coming back, there's an issue looking to be She made a pitch to turn heel a while back. Anyway, I think that would make sense because if EO needs somebody to face and who better than Becky Lynch?
And we all know Becca's going to get the belt back. So how do we give her a new coat of paint with Turner heel Now, should she be a Paul Heyman girl? Yes, yes, it makes sense because they never played off the the fact of being WWE's power couple. I would think, especially as a heel couple, I think that would be cool. Which means that at some point Seth Rollins is going to get the better off of Jay USO. Because I think what he's trying to do is now set up Jay USO
versus Sammy at some point. And then, like I said, I don't know what they're going to do with Gupta after what he did with with Pat McAfee. The rumor mill for that is supposed to be Goldberg. I say I'm a big I'm a big Goldberg fan, but him and Goon for now Goon for needs a 20 minute match and Goldberg is not 20 minute man anymore. He's 5 minutes. He's the spirit and the
jackhammer 5 minutes in and out. So IA little our spaces with that now I don't get to see Smackdown and when I'm recording it, this is Friday, I don't get to see Smackdown, So I can't tell you about Smackdown now. I didn't get to see NXT. NXT was was straight. I see that now they have focused Ron Evans to go after dark state, which I am sorry, the standout guy is Sugar. I don't know what it is about
that dude, but he got potential. But even more so than that, I see that they position that up. I smell the war games coming at some point. I think Javon Evans had was it Myles born Burns? Whatever they hold on this, let's see here you stop playing NXT. Hold on give me one second. I know y'all like you're taking too fucking long. Well, anyway, date NXT was in my. Well, anyway, back to my point.
If I looking it up also, we now will have champion versus champion, the TNA champion versus over Femi. I didn't even last match. I didn't even last. I didn't even mention over Joe Henry making it to the double, making it to WrestleMania and then getting completely buried or what have you. But I didn't actually have with Trick Williams. I think they setting up trick Williams to go after the TNA world title of the strength of this with with with him and over Finley having a match prior to
that. So I I think long term booking trick might be going to TNA for a second to go after that title. Do I think that they going to actually have Joe Henry go against beat go over and over? For me, no. Once again, why would I cut my nose off to fight to spite my face? You actually think that they're going to let the NFC champion lose to the TNA champion now?
If they do it will it takes all then I might see Joe Henry come away to champ and the reason in my thought process is because of this 1 to make TNA look even more, you know possible for anyone at least AW if you don't want to go exactly to WWE, guess what go to TNA. You can still touch WWE and not be under AWWE contract. Joe Henry, he said WrestleMania. That's the pitch. That's why they did the the the
partnership with TNA. OK, let's have the third best racing promotion in the United States. Work with us. We give them some of our NXT time because you will never see a man roster time. You will never see it. AJ might go there towards the end when he when he's about time in the car it quits, but I'm not seeing him go there no time soon. Now have you noticed they're keeping Nimeth away from NXT for

But the point I'm trying to make is they would do that because Joe Henry's one of the guys that Triple H has his eye on, that TKO have his eye on. So how do I ensure that when his TNA contract is up, we can get this fuck on the main roster because he's not going to NXT put the belt on him if it ain't
but for a month. So if they do a title versus title, I see that and I even see Trick Williams interfering, costing over Finley the match, trying to fuck up your boy. Because I'm starting to see they're trying to do a long term rivalry with OB Finley and Trick Williams. He Trick Williams just lost. Well, I think with Javon Evans, they got pinned. Now I got defending title next week against Alexis King, who actually lost the heritage cup to a returning RM Dar, which is funny because wait a second when I'm down the main roster at one point I think it wasn't the main roster. I could be wrong. It was it it but due to an injury they no, no, no, he
wasn't on the main roster. He was, it was NXT and I think they were pushing him towards becoming the NFT champion at some point, but he got injured. And so it's I found it interesting that he got the Heritage Cup belt back, title back. Well, trophy. I'm just going to, I'm just going to ask y'all, do you think that the Heritage Cup should be better served as a title now or keep it as a trophy? And should they bring back the rounds because this was a one round match?
It it? I thought the purpose of the Heritage Cup was to do it from UK type wrestling where you had rounds. They just Americanized the Heritage Cup, which was not meant to be Americanized. So I hope since Naam Dart, Norm Dart got that trophy back, did they bring back those matches like that? Because to me they were more exciting that way than just having a one round, one fall. I'm just saying what else
happened up there? Of course, Stephen Procare defeated Roxanne Perez, you know, building her up. Of course y'all know she had a a nice good match with Bo Sky on Monday Night Raw and apparently we should be seeing a Roxanne Perez, Julia versus Vaquera and EO Sky. Actually, I would love to see Julia versus EO Sky. And then of course, Hank and Tank, they're going to be their

Now I also watch Evolve and EVOLVE it's interesting because WWE is like it's becoming like the N.W.A and Evolve is probably really honestly, they're more developmental in every which way, but they got potential there. So if you notice he starts, if you notice certain cats and pop the boy next to you, right? Carrie Armstrong don't need to pay attention to her. And what I understand is that the I'm looking forward to the day that is going to be a three-way because I remember when they they they talked about this when it was the Rock, It was it was AI forgot what it was a three-way where you had the WWE built people, the OVW and the NXT guys. It's going to be one day when you're going to see NXT evolve and either a TNA guy or a AAA. So, but not evolving pretty good. They've been having a bunch of shows. You got some good wrestlers over

Honestly, because most of the time most of the managers are there to gain heat and see, it's crazy that if you look at WWE, they have more general managers than they have managers. 5 to 6 to 8 managers. You had the wizard, you had Lou Alabama, you had at one point. I do remember what was his fucking name, Buddy Rogers at one point. Yes, I'm that old. The only one that they didn't had was they had valets. But when you come to the managers, Haman, he'd been the
only one for the past decade. So it brings me to Western Mount Rushmore, my route Rushmore of pro wrestling managers. Wait, I already told you one Haman #2 fucking Jim Cornette. How can you not have a Mount Rushmore if you ain't got that fuck on. You see, Jim Cornette got nuclear heat and got sympathy. See, it's just a different between him. It's funny how him and Haman from the same ilk, they both were photographers at one point. They both even ran promotions. They both didn't.

When I think of managers dim the four guys that I think of, I mean, it's almost mentioned such as, you know, Gary Hart, scandal
Akbar, you know what I'm saying? I I Damon's in that right now and and Don Callas, but didn't do 4 because all these others took books. They brought a different style of manager into the game. Now I understand that part of the reason why Master P was in the ring with with AW that they were going to do a partnership or AW allegedly might purchase houses. Roy wrestling, which has been doing pretty well up there in New York, you know. So because I you know what I'm saying, I I once again wonder how they're going to work because Santana's their champ. But it also and true, you know something, I'll be real with you. I do want to see Zimba fact 2 in WWE, but it would be wide as

Some people are built to be AW. It just depends on what their career is at. You're going to come to a point where MJF, it's going to get to the point where he needs to go to WWE because it's 8%. The the purpose of having multiple wrestling promotions people is for people to jump around and we can get the dream matches that we asked for. So you understand something? What was fucked up about what Warner Brothers did with the Briscoes? We never got the matches on AW that we wanted.
We never even got Jay Briscoe with a solo type solo run. I wanted to see this dude become the ringer on a champ. If not AW champ, God bless the dead before the sky boy miss you so understand that's the purpose of all this. That's why I love about this era right now. It reminds me back when I was a kid when and Saturday mornings it was that 12 noon that was you know, N.W.A. Excuse me, it was 11. No, it was left. 12 noon was world class 2:00 was the N.W.A on RL.
