SoleAna Stables - Sasha Camacho

Sasha Camacho is a founding member and Executive Director of SoléAna Stables (named after our two daughters Soledad & Solana) SoleAna Stables is a nonprofit organization that serves peoole with disabilities, active-duty military and veterans through equine-assisted services. Originally from Wisconsin, her husband's military career has given them the opportunity to live in various parts of the United States, but they have made Texas their permanent home. Prior to becoming a mother to two beautiful girls, she served as a Treasury Analyst for prominent investment and technology firms and has filled many roles in various nonprofit organizations for the last 25 years. Although her daughter Solana was the initial inspiration to start SoléAna Stables, it is Sasha's desire to give people with special needs, and our military veterans, a safe place to find hope, live with purpose and know they are not forgotten that is a driving force of her ultimate vision for SoléAna Stables.
