If you've ever wondered why your SA business has so many ups and downs, here I share the good and bad we've had in our SA business this week. But on a deeper level, I've also had some ups and downs in my life recently, some in a pretty dark place, which I don't tend to talk about and just carry on 'as normal.' But messages I've had recently and knowing friends are going through extreme challenges, made me realise that I should share things I have learnt in the last few weeks after asking for help.
