We received our AA COVID-19 confident accreditation for our SA units this week, which is something that all SA operators can still apply for if you haven't already.

Here I go through what you need to do to receive this, plus thinking about communications with any overseas guests who’ve booked and need to self-isolate and how to prepare for their stay.

It’s not just to tick a box, it’s to ensure your SA unit is up to standard every time a guest is due to arrive, that you document what you do, and the property is sanitised.

We may have fallen into a sense of the ‘new normal’ being a bit more relaxed but it’s crucial that we continue to follow these strict steps to ensure your guests and your team are protected and as safe as possible.
