Hot dang, 200 episodes of the surf scale store podcast. And when this episode releases, the very next day is my say 33, so it could not have come at a better time. I can't believe we're already here at 200 episodes, and this episode is gonna be so special because I'm going through the last 199 episodes. I pulled the 10 top downloaded episodes, and I pulled 4 tips from each of those. Plus a quote, and I'm gonna break it all down in today's podcast. So let's jump on in.

Hello. Hello, my friend. Oh my goodness. If you are brand new here, welcome to a very special episode of the surf scale store podcast where I am celebrating 200 episodes. And if you are a returning listener, hot dang. We are here, and we've done it 200 episodes. And I just wanna say thank you. Thank you for tuning in every single Tuesday. for listening to the show. No matter if this is your 5th week listening or your 200, I so freaking appreciate you.

And I love this podcast. I love the community that it brings. I love the value that you get. I love the reviews that y'all leave. I love the DM's I get about how value they have received, and that is what this podcast is all about is providing the most value possible in doing in a way that's easy to consume, and then take action. So you see real results in your business. And so y'all were doing the dang thing It's 200 episodes. So what I did is I pulled our 10 most downloaded shows of all

time. I've re listened So each episode, I'll tell you the title, I'll tell you the episode number, give you my 4 takeaways, and the quote that I have pulled from it that I love, And then in the show notes, once you go to those, we'll link up every single episode for you so you can quickly check those out. If you wanna listen to the full episode, which I highly recommend. Some of these are gold y'all. Gold. Okay. So let's start with our 10th most downloaded episode, which

is 10 lessons I learned in 2021. This was a solo episode that I did after I wrapped up the 2021 year, and I shared my 10 lessons. So it was really fun listening to these again because I was like, oh, yeah. That's a takeaway a lesson that I need to remember and go through. So even if something says, like, my biggest takeaway from 2021, my biggest takeaway from 2020 I highly recommend you go listen to them. I found that these are really, really, like, amazing because

there's so many gold nuggets and they're still relevant today. And I took so many notes of things that I need to remember, even though I was the one that said it. So just because an episode has an old title does not mean it's not valuable. So episode 126, 10 lessons learned in 2021. My first hang away was some years are about consistency, not growth.

And I was like, dang, this is, like, such a good reminder, because right now, we are in the consistent phase of gearing up, which is can also become the auto maintenance phase, gearing up for a growth phase. But with taking maternity leave, being pregnant, now having a newborn adjusting schedule, I've definitely been in that consistency and maintenance phase, and we're gearing up for growth. So this was such a beautiful reminder that some years are about consistency, not growth.

a second takeaway I got. More is not always better. And this is so true. And I can look at this in my life, in my business, and more is not always better. And so one thing that we're doing in business right now is our that we did this year is we had a program called Beta De Biggie. And I knew that with the baby coming, I just couldn't, like, commit to it fully. Like, I wanted to and be present for it because it was more of a group

coaching program. So we actually stopped enrollment, and we closed that program, maybe not forever, but at least for right now, and we're running Servescale store and conversions for clients. And I love it so much better. I love my business. And we have the shop, of course, but it does its own thing, but more is not always better. And that can mean a lot of things. Maybe more team, more software. more hours, more

programs, more offers, more is not always better. And I'm down leaning into that a lot in my life lately too. More things on my calendar is not always better. More things in my house is not always better. More offers in my business is not always better. Smaller teams, One thing I found to still be true is more is not always better. Then, not the third thing I took away is not all programs are about

ROI. So I talk about this in the episode in terms of sometimes we join programs for other reasons than ROI. And I still believe this to be true, but on the flip side of this, how can we get an ROI from every program that we're in? And sometimes it's not just about return on investment in terms of money, but how can we get more time back? How can we build more relationships? How can we

what is the return that we're looking for before joining a program? And I think that's really important that we make a distinction and a goal before purchasing any program is, what is the ROI I'm looking to see? Is it that I wanna get more time back. I wanna see the financial impact. How many clients is it gonna take me to get that back? And so in conversions for clients, I always say, the $2000 course. If you land one client at a $1000 and have them

for 2 months, the programs pay itself. And so think about that when you're going into programs. When I joined my $30,000 Mastermind per month, sorry, per year, I always think, what is one strategy that I can implement that is going to make me $30,000 back but

also that one's really about personal growth. Even if I don't find one strategy that makes me 30,000, which if I don't, then I'm not listening and I'm not taking action, but let's say that I don't But I learned something new about myself that makes me a better mom, a better parent, a better wife, a better leader for you. That's worth it to me too. So with that mastermind, for me, it's not just about the return on investment from a

money standpoint. It's also about how can I become a better me, which then in return trickles down to my family, to y'all, to my husband, And then also with that one, it's also about fulfillment that I get by going to the live events and how when I'm fulfilled internally, then I can serve everyone better. And so I want you to know that every program you have should you should put an ROI on it, but it doesn't have to be financial.

Okay. So the 4th lesson I learned from that one is happiness level is always more important than revenue. Yes. This is one of the reasons that we also closed down beta biggie is because I was just like, so busy between sales calls and group coaching and critiques, and the deliverables were a lot. And I got to the point where I was a little burnt out, and it was our biggest financial driver last year, but it didn't make me happy. Does that mean we burn down the business?

No. We plan for that, and we make really smart business decisions. We have savings, things that hate that to weather that. it's not just happiness level is always more important than revenue 100%, but also you have to make smart business decisions that go along with that. Okay. So then my quote that I pulled from that one is you're not happy doing what you're doing, even if it's bringing in money, why are you doing it? Oh, and I

really like that. I think that's something we can always think about. So that was our 10th most downloaded episode. 10 lessons learned in 2021. Episode 120 6. Okay. So let's jump into the next one. Our 9th most downloaded episode is episode 133 finding time to do it all. And my 4 big takeaways from this one is overwhelm is a choice. You can choose to stay overwhelmed or wipe your plate clean and refill it

with what really matters. And, oh man, do I still believe this? And this is something I keep coming back to, especially right now, when, with the newborn and he's nursing, and I'm adjusting to being a mom too, a wife business owner plus him to be nursing all the time. And so with that being said, overwhelm's a choice. I find myself an overwhelm a lot. And what I keep reminding myself is it's a choice. I'm gonna clean my plate and refill it.

Sometimes that means that I don't get to tackle all the business projects I wanna to right now, or I have to say no to personal things, or and not have to, I choose to because I don't wanna stay in the state of overwhelm, and I know that I'm 100% in control of overwhelm, and I can decide to clear the plate and start again. Okay. Number 2 is sit down with intention to get things done, not just to work on them. This

is still so true. This is something that I have found, especially lately, that I need to do is sit down with intention to get it done not to work on it. Before you get up, it has to be finished, which means you're way more intentional with time, which is where those get it done, days, or the 50 minute cycles really, really come in handy. 3, Find the planning method that works best for you and stick to it. I talk about this a lot. There's so many things I like to batch my days, theme

my days, Some people like to do the time blocking. Time blocking would be the death of me. So stop trying to fit yourself into someone else's square when you're a circle. and find out what works for you, but then you have to stick with it. Once you find something that works, don't keep trying to change it and try new things. Stick with it. 4, give yourself grace and don't stress about not conquering the world in 24 hours. Wow. Did I need to re listen to these pod guest myself

and he listened to my own advice. I think we all need to just give ourself some grace and remember that business takes time parenting takes time. Life takes time. We don't have to do everything in 24 hours, and that was a really great reminder. Just to give myself some grace, and I hope it's a reminder to you to give yourself some grace. Okay. So my big quote from that one that I liked was small wins, equal big victories.

And I so believe that. Okay. So that was our 9th most downloaded episode, episode 133, finding time to do it all. Let's jump into the 8th most downloaded podcast episode, which is should you start a podcast with Stephanie Judy's? Stephanie was our podcast manager for the whole time, which is so insane, and that is episode 124. And the 4 big takeaways from that is podcasting should fit into an organization's marketing plan, and each

episode should have a specific call to action. So I love this because Stephanie doesn't talk about just like course creators, but as a service provider, if you're gonna start a podcast, what is the marketing plan behind it? What is your goal? And do you have a call to action for every single podcast? It's not just to start a podcast to start a podcast. How does this fit into your marketing plan? 2, batching episodes ahead of time can help prevent podcast fatigue, ensure

consistent content. Yes. We love batching. That has been a struggle since the baby, but we're still working on it. In batching episodes, we used to be really good at this. I'm gonna get back be even really good at it, but batching episodes ahead of time can help prevent podcast fatigue and ensure consistent content, which means that you'll be doing it longer. Most people don't get to 200 episodes of their podcasts, and a big reason we've been able to do that is because I

batch episodes. 3, The networking opportunities provided by podcasting can be valuable for forming affiliate relationships and other joint ventures. If you wanna build new relationships, you wanna lay a new client, you want to just get to know people. Podcasting's a great way. I've met many incredible people through my podcast by the main guests. Now, usually, I only pick people I know, but when I was just getting started, met a lot of people by having them on

my podcast that I wouldn't have connected with otherwise. Also, it's a great time to get deeper level relationship with people. because there's something intimate about spending 30 to 50 minutes with someone on a conversation going back and forth. and it's a great way to take one relationship a little bit deeper. Okay. 4th lesson. It is better served part, podcasts, improve over time than wait for perfection. So many people are waiting to get it done perfect, and they think that they have to

have all the bells and whistles. They think that they have to have the perfect message but it's actually better to start before you have all that because no one's listening then. You don't have as big of audience. And so then you can get really good and get confident doing your podcast and then your podcast grows, and then you're already good when a bunch of people are listening instead of starting when

a bunch of people are listening and have to get good from there. My quote that I pulled from there is who cares if you have 5,000,000 downloads if those people don't become paying customers. And this is all about vanity metrics. Like, we're not looking for 5,000,000 downloads. We're just looking through a handful of people that you've built a really great connection with and that are listening to your podcasts each and every single week. So that was our 8th most downloaded podcast

episode. episode 124 should I start a podcast with Stephanie Judy's. Okay. The 7th most downloaded podcast episode is 10 lessons I learned scaling to 1,000,000 best of 2021. This one was when I scaled to a $1,000,000 in 20.20, my first $1,000,000 year, and I pulled these. I actually have 5 lessons. I needed to go back and listen to these y'all. So if I do, you may need to too. So don't sit on these episodes. Go back and listen to the full ones. Okay. So the first lesson I

learned, you don't need fancy bells and whistles to win. Focus on what really matters. This still holds true today. Keep your business simple, sweetie. and focus on what really matters. 2, know your numbers. Track your revenue, expenses, profitability, and other important metrics. Even if you're someone who tells yourself that you're not good at numbers,

it's a business. Get good at numbers. At least know the numbers. You can always hire a bookkeeper or anyone like that to actually know the numbers, but you need to look at the numbers and know how to make decisions based on those. 3, don't be afraid to shout your goals from the roof share with them with others and make them visible. I feel like this is something that I did so well in 2020 and

what the heck happened. I stopped sharing my goals. So this is definitely something I wanna get better and the more we share our goals, the more likely they are to come true. 4, don't get hung up in the house. Sometimes we just need to take action and trust opportunities will present themselves. I still believe that, and I think a lot of times we get too logical and we just need to, like, make

it happen. I was talking to a good friend, and I was like, this is what I wanna do, and I'm so stuck, and I don't know if it's gonna work. she was like, Brandy. You know what to do. Just do it. And that's how I feel like this. Don't get hung up in the how. I was getting hung up in the how. Sometimes we just need to take action and trust the opportunities we'll present themselves. This is beautiful. Do more. And then 5, Do more of what lights you up. Focus on what brings you

joy excitement rather than what you feel obligated to do. Once again, that whole going back to what lights you up would get you cited. And so the quote I pulled from that is find a path that looks possible to you, but don't get hung up in that at how. as you take action, new doors and opportunities will open up. I love that quote. I'm gonna put it up, and I'm the one that said it. Find a path that looks possible to you, but don't get hung up in the how. As you take action, new doors

and opportunities will open up. and it's so freaking true y'all. Okay. So that was our 7th most downloaded episode. 10 lessons learned scaling to 1,000,000. Episode 122. Okay. So we are now on our 6th most downloaded episode, and this one is episode 125. How to create a conversion story to increase sales with Colin Boyd. Colin's a good friend of mine. And the four things that I took away from this one is you cannot serve your

audience until you're comfortable selling to them. Oh, that's powerful. You cannot serve your audience until you're comfortable selling them. How many of us are, like, pooing our pants on a discovery call, and we are not comfortable and then we can't serve our audience. We gotta get comfortable selling, and y'all, everyone

sells. Every time you turn on TV selling you something. Every time you get on Instagram, someone's selling you something, every time you go to the grocery store, someone is selling you something, even if you don't realize it, so why aren't you selling your services? So I love that. You cannot serve your audience until you're comfortable selling to them. 2, look for moments of difficulty, challenge, trauma, or adventure

to build your conversion conversion story around. So in this podcast, Collins talking about when we tell our story, a conversion story that helps us convert. Now, maybe this is for a course, maybe it's for a webinar, maybe speaking on stage, maybe it's talking on a podcast, but your story. And he's saying looking for those difficulty moments, those challenge, the trauma or adventure, it does all have to be negative. It can also be adventure and create your conversion story around that. So one

thing I love is just putting in my phone called Story Bank. And whenever I'm experiencing some kind of life, I'm like, oh, this would make a really good story, or this is a really honey moment, I put it in my phone, and I'll come back to that. So you could do the same. Okay. Number 3 is to shift your audience's thinking, address key ideas that they have to believe in order to see progress in their life.

So I created we have in the shop writing your work with me page, and it's all about having a page that really converts and it being about your audience, not about yourself. And this is exactly what Colin saying, to shift your audience thinking, address key ideas that they have to believe in order to see progress in their life. So what would your audience need to see or believe in order to know

that hiring use the right decision. What progress? So if they if you're an OBM and needed 10 hours of their life back. Are you painting the picture of what that 10 hours would look like to them? Is it spending more time with their kids? is it being able to take weekends off, whatever that is. They have to be able to see progress in their life in order to trust you. Okay.

The 4th takeaway, The most important thing about any presentation that converts is that it's built around your audience, improving their level of commitment and their decision making skills. Presentations can also be a discovery call. So don't sit on this just because your service provider and you're like, this doesn't apply to me. You can still take things away. The most important thing about any presentation that converts is build around your audience, improving their commitment and decision

making skills. our work with page template can do this. And so if it's your work with me page, if it's your discovery call, if it's your webinar, if it's speaking at a event, whatever it is, it needs to be around your audience and help them be committed and make decisions. Okay. So my favorite quote from this was, of course, the first lesson. You cannot serve your audience until

you're comfortable selling to them. I think that's really, really powerful. that was our 6th most downloaded episode, episode 125, how to craft a conversion story to increase sales with Colin Boyd. Okay. Our 5th most downloaded episode we're moving our way through here is episode 136 from 2 k to 16 k months in less than a year with Samantha Fine. This was a episode that I did spotlighting one of our students, Samantha was in conversions for clients, serve SkillSort, and beta to Biggie.

And so in here, the 5 big takeaways that I got from this episode is set boundaries to ensure that you have dedicated time working on your business, as well as for your clients and other obligations. So Samantha is a mom that left corporate, and so she talked about how setting boundaries around time was super important, so she had dedicated time for her business, and then also her client and also other obligations because she had a course, a one on one services and her

family, of course. So she had dedicated time set aside, and she created boundaries around each of those. 2, build a supportive community around you to help you struggle through the mindset shifts that come with entrepreneurship. And we really talked about and how she had some challenges, and she was able to plug into the community to get support. And she was in all three of those communities to do 3. Take time to focus on fundamental I'm

sorry. Take time to focus on foundational pieces of your business such as systems, market research, to set yourself up for long term success. I love this. It's because it's like the slow down to speed up method. And so sometimes we just have take a breather, go back to the foundational pieces, and build

from there. And that's usually the thing that we don't like to do because it feels basic, but that's where the magic is in the foundational pieces because that's what's gonna build your long term business success. 4 is use theme days to help you focus on specific tasks, such as discovery calls, content creation, to get more done. We've already talked about this in the episode about getting things done, but she just reiterated

it here. 5, take time to step back and get business structure in place, especially if you went all in on everything at 1 when you started. So this is also going back to take a step back. Go get your systems in place. especially because a lot of times we all go running full force, and that's fine.

But then once again, you have to slow down to speed up. So those were my 5 takeaways, and my favorite quote from this one was I love my clients and I just love the people I'm working with and how I feel, like, because they're moms and they get it.

And so I love that what I love about this is Samantha loves the people she's working with, and I think that we all could focus on working with clients that we really love to work with, and that makes our business so much more enjoyable than just taking on any but finding clients who are doing things that you can get behind that you can get excited

about and that are the people that you would be friends with. And when you can do that, You just fall in love with your business more and more every day because you're working with people that you genuinely care about. So that was our 5th most downloaded episode episode 136 from 2 k to 16 k months in less than a year with Samantha Bine. Okay, y'all. So we are in our top 4 most downloaded episodes now. So episode 134, 10 premium services you can all in 2022. The funny thing is the ones I'm gonna

show you are ones that are also in our 2023. They haven't went anywhere. Tip number 1, diversify your ad platforms to reach audiences on different social media platforms. With this, I was talking about how there's a lot of changes going on with Facebook, and sometimes we can diversify what ad platforms. And It was a weird time with Facebook, but here's the thing. I changed how I feel about this. I do think that it's more skills, like Google Ads, TikTok ads, all that.

Some people are still doing it, but most people are looking for people running Facebook ads. It's still the hottest platform. It's the best platform as a business to be running ads for the most part. And if anything, I would double down on Facebook ads instead of going in and trying to, like, dilute your services by offering other ones. I don't agree with that one, which is why I put it in here. 2, analytics and data studio

skills are important to help business makes data driven decisions. I think that if you were in the analytics and data area, you are still a very, very hot service, and I think that's only gonna get more, like, hotter as the years go on. And right now, there's a little bit of teaching that you have to do to people to know that, like, they should hire you.

But at the end of the day, like, you are gonna be needed, especially as we go into a cookieless web world, and we're gonna need more data we're gonna need to know where decision making are. There's changes with GA 4, stuff like that. So I still think that analytics and data studio skills are so super important. And even so more now than they were when I was talking about them in 2022. 3, video production is growing filled with the rise of platforms like tiktok and Instagram rails. Y'all video

production is hot, hot, hot, and still gonna be hot. if you can do video production, either either from an editing or actually doing it in person people, or even creating ones that are videos that don't include people's faces, but are voiceovers and stuff like that. It's such a highly sought after skill, and not enough people doing it, and they're not doing a good job of it. 4, PR services, like podcast pitching, speaking engagements can help businesses increase

their visibility for free. If you're a podcast pitcher, if you're in PR, hot service, because relationships matter so much, especially as we get into a more sophisticated market, these collaborations and relationships are gonna be really, really important for businesses to succeed. And so I think if you're in this space and you're doing these services, you're only gonna be needed more and more than you were in 2022. Bennett's digital marketing, including funnel building, copyrighting

is crucial for businesses. And even with the AI, and people thinking they can write their own copy, they can't. Your digital marketing services are so powerful, and AI is not replacing you. And AI is not replacing a lot of these that I did. I will say that I think AI can do some of the video production to a certain extent. Just like it can do some of the copy writing to a certain extent, it could write some of the

plat ad copy. But for the most part, like, these are skills that so invaluable that AI is not gonna be able to replace them. So this was a fun episode to go back and listen to because things have changed, especially with AI coming out since 2022. So I still think if you were in the digital marketing world with the ads, funnels, data, you're still sitting really pretty. I think PR services, podcast pitching, speaking engagements is only gonna become more popular in video production.

If you can get good at it and you can put out content for people that that they need for TikTok or Instagram reels, like, it's gonna be so hot and needed. So the one quote that I pulled from this one that I, I think, is so important is stop calling yourself a VA. Pick 1 of the premium services, price yourself as a premium service, and go all in. So believe that. Stop doing all the things. Focus on one thing and get really freaking good at it, and you'll have clients

lining up you no matter what service it is. Okay. So we're in our top 3 y'all. That was episode 13410 premium service you can offer in 2022. So number 3, most downloaded episode. Episode 128 tapping into your creativity, marketing genuine connections, and niching down with Amanda Scott. And Amanda's one of our students inside Surf Skillsource. She's a at website designer, and we had such a fun podcast episode together. So the 4 takeaways I got is Nitching down can be a great way to

find success in your business. Amanda went all in that, not just doing brand strategy and website designs, she specifically focuses on show it websites. Having a preferred service provider status with a company can make you stand out in your 3, participating in directories, directories like show, it can help you get more clients. So Amanda is a preferred service provider for show it, and so she gets more

clients from that. And so if you're working with some type of software, like Dipsado, HoneyBook, click up whatever it may be, show it, and there's a way for you to get added to a directory or b spotlight is their, like, preferred vendors, it's a really good thing to do. So you should try to because even if you don't find clients from that it gives you a sense of credibility on podcasts can be a great way to network and gain more exposure.

Podcast pitching is a great long term marketing strategy for service providers. We have a whole guy on this in the touring success shop that will link up on podcast pitching and how to be guest on people's podcast to land more clients, And that's what Amanda's been doing. She has been getting on and gassing and building a network of people not only to become clients, but connections and getting her

voice out so people can refer her. And then 4, how she uses Instagram to build genuine connections of fine clients, super good some pointers in there that I really loved. And her quote that I pulled was creating a genuine connection to create genuine connections. That's what she said she does on Instagram. She's creating a genuine connection to a genuine connection, expecting nothing in return, and that served her well.

And I love that quote so much. So that was our top 3 episode 128, tapping into creativity, making genuine connections, and niching down with Amanda Scott. Okay. So number 2, most downloaded episode. how to increase your revenue and find clients using tiny offers with Ali Bajjert. And Ali and I are really good friends. I'm glad to see hers as number 2. And here are the 4, and Ally focuses on tiny offers, so low ticket offers that lead into a high

hire ticket on the back end. So number 4 or 4 lessons I pulled from that is don't get attached to a specific IDR offer. be willing to pivot and try something new if it's not working. I love this because I think a lot of times we put something out no matter for a service provider or a course grader are all digital product creator, and we put something out and it doesn't hit. And so then we just stop. And Ally talks about how many offers she had to put out before something actually stuck and

took off. And so when we're looking at this, we don't wanna get attached to a specific idea or offer, we wanna test it out and be willing to pivot. So maybe you start off with a Pinterest manager and then you are like, this is not what I wanted. It's not taking off, and you transition to a Facebook ads. That's what I did. And then it takes off. And so we have to be willing to pivot and not be attached to a specific idea or offer. Okay. The second two way is

start with the end in mind. Think about where you want your business to go and what products or surfaces you want to offer. So Ally's talking about you wanna have a $1,000,000 business, what do you need to have in place for that to happen? So starting with the end in mind, what are our goals, and then work backwards? So I say

when you're pricing yourself as a service provider, start with that in mind. If you wanna make a 100,000 a year, that means you have to have 84100 a month When we're pricing ourself, how many clients is that gonna take at $500? A freaking lot. It's 17 or 18. Then what if you were priced at $2000 a month? That's 5 clients to hit your goals. When we start with the end of mine, and work backwards to what we want, then it's much easier to create a business that we love. Okay. 3 is persistence

key. Don't give up after 1 failure. And she said, don't give up after 1 failure. I'm gonna say, don't give up after 50 failures. Failure is just part of life. It's part of the game, and it's only a failure if you don't learn anything from it. If you learned something from it, it wasn't a failure. It was just a missed up. It was a learning opportunity, but if you don't learn anything from it, it was a failure. And so we should always be learning as were moving forward. And persistence is key.

And Allie talks about how it took her a while to get a product off, but she kept on going. She was very persistent some of us are so quick to quit our business because we didn't get a client in the 1st 30 days or 1st 60 days. And it's about persistence and doing something different, trying something new, pivoting until we find that thing that hits, and then that's where we all hit success. And then 4, don't tie yourself worth to your sales. Oh, this was

so good. Such a key, like, point that I hope everyone takes. much revenue you have, how much money you have in the bank, how many sales you get has nothing to do with you and your self worth. And so don't tie yourself worth to your sales. Super powerful quote and takeaway. So the quote that I picked was not that it should have been. But the quote I picked is the faster you can move in between failures, the more money you'll end up

having in your pocket. I love that. So many times people sit and whine and weep and pour me when they have something not go their way as Ally calls a failure, and but the faster you can get out of that and make other decisions, the more money you'll have in your pocket because you're not wasting time sitting in that moment, but you're like, okay. I learned. Let's move. Let's do the next thing. And so the faster you can move in between failures, the more money you're gonna end up having

in your pocket. That is a freaking awesome quote. So that was our second. Now our number one most downloaded episode is coming from my really good friend, Mel. And Mel's episode, we have a he's coming back and it will actually be next week. And I'm super excited because he talks about money,

and he is the money man. And I just love everything he teaches because it's something that's so needed and not enough people are talking about, but everyone So his number one episode is episode 115, how to save, invest, and plan for the future of your finances with Mel Abraham. And my first takeaway was he's talked about create small, daily, weekly, and monthly habits around saving for your future. So he talks about, like, we don't have to do everything at

once. It's not this big thing, but what small habits can we create daily, weekly, monthly for saving for our few shirt, and he gives really great examples in there, so you'll wanna listen to the episode. 2, open up the conversation about money to family members and loved ones. So there has to be an open dialogue between anyone who's involved in making moneymaking decisions. You all have to be on the same page when it comes to savings and wealth. 3. Start creating

wealth now instead of waiting until it's too late. And next week on the episode, we'll now actually talk about well through the decades, and he's gonna tell us what to do at each point in your thirties, your forties, and your fifties, but the big thing is you have to start now. No matter where you are on your journey, you have to start now because time is in your favor. And the 4th takeaway is have a sit down conversation with your intimate partner to make sure

you are on the same page about money. This goes back to the second one, but you have to be on the same page about money coming in, money going out, what wealth means to you saving, And so those conversations have to be had. And sometimes they're hard conversations, but they're needed. And then the quote that I pulled from this episode is start with y and know your finish line. So why are we doing this? What is the reason that we wanna build wealth? What is the

reason we want to do this? Why? And then know your finish line. What do you want it to look like when you retire? What lifestyle do you wanna have? What do you wanna have in place? And then from there, if you know those two things, you can start building your wealth. And so that episode is packed with so much goodness. All

these episodes are. So I would encourage you to go to the show notes, click around, listen to these episodes, because these are our 10 most downloaded episodes of 199 episodes, and this is episode 200.
