Being a Collaborative Leader with Celia Brewer

In this episode SLI President Robin Swift talks with Celia Brewer, City Attorney for the City of Carlsbad. Celia has been an attorney for 25 years, and identifies herself as a collaborative leader, leading others by providing opportunity. We first met Celia when she guest spoke at the Carlsbad Student Leadership Academy. She believes that a team’s strength comes from it’s diversity which requires an inclusive leader.
