In this fourth episode of the new true crime podcast Serial Killer Countdown, I profile a serial killer that is very disturbing to me, because he was basically just curious what it felt like to murder someone. He didn't really have a reason. This man's name is Mikhail Popkov, also known as The Werewolf. I talk about how he used his profession as a shield to get away with most of his murders for over two decades, and how he was finally caught due to the advent of DNA technology.
