We are collectively working through a global crisis. We have a common thread and our unique individual experiences and processing of circumstances and life right now. We are going through many layers of change and awareness. Plucking out only one aspect of these layers can wear us down, create emotional storms, and block us from being kind to ourselves exactly as we are in each moment. Figure out how to collect it all and emerge in alignment with you. This photo is from one of my hikes. An encroaching storm embraced by sunshine. We are the sunshine.
