Whoa... believe it or not, this year marks the 20th anniversary of the Wachowskis' turn-of-the-millenium sci-fi game-changer, The Matrix. And it's just been announced that they're making a fourth Matrix movie to boot! To celebrate, we opened up the Loose Cannon video vault to snatch audio from our first ever Sequelitis video episode, from way back in 2017.
In this special Prequelitis episode, the Flannel Panel (Mike DiGuglielmo, Adam Prevade, Jon DeCarlo and John Gleason) breaks down their reboot of The Matrix trilogy. At the mercy of "The Plot Device”, they talk about unnecessary hair braids, Freddy Krueger, dirty Nick Kroll, and eventually— The Matrix. They even add The Rock for good measure.
