Google Working on Separate Index for Mobile; Penguin and Panda Keep Rolling Updates

Neither Penguin or Panda are on a rolling update schedule. .. both are currently Manual Updates and Panda has not been updated in over 6 months.  Google working on a completely separate Index for Mobile. Tablets not considered “Mobile” by Google and are not impacted by the coming update. Good Mobile Overview of the Gary Illyes presentation at SMX West. Also, Stephan Spencer raises the issue of building link risk management into every website owners regular processes.
