For this episode of Sentient Scholar Radio, our guest will be Philip Kwan – Human Resource Development Consultant and entrepreneur.

Dave Miles (Managing Editor/Co-Founder) conducted the interview with Philip Kwan at his offices located in Singapore.

Philip is the principal and owner of the International Executive Resource Centre, headquartered in Singapore.

The company offers a full range of Human Resource advisory and consultancy services to support their clients on-going personnel management initiatives including: compensation/benefits management, performance management advisory services, human resource audits, training needs analysis, and organizational development (OD) and design.

Philip has more than 25 years of experience in the human resource management and development field dealing with a variety of industries and multi-national corporations.  Primarily based in Singapore now, Philip has had extensive experience in China as well as Vietnam.  He has business relationships and referral networks of consultants through the International Executive Resource Center located in China, Japan, Vietnam, Malaysia, as well as other locations in Southeast Asia and the United States.

Philip currently serves as the Secretary for The Singapore Association for Continuing Education (SACE); and has received his tertiary education in the United Kingdom.  Philip is a true human resource development (HRD) practitioner.
