She pursued her Ayurvedic studies at Kripalu, earning the title of Ayurvedic Health Counselor. Building on this foundation, she continued her education under the guidance of Dr. Anusha Sehgal BAMS, achieving the status of an Advanced Ayurvedic Practitioner. She has also had the great fortune to study with Dr. Vasant Lad and Dr. Claudia Welsh. Caryn grounded in her 30-year pranayama, meditation, and yoga practice, she brings a well-rounded approach to healing that addresses mind, body, and spirit.
