Episode description

Grief affects us all. Barry Kluger joins us today to discuss the importance of grief and its curious nature in the workplace. Barry is a 40-year communication executive and an advocate for grieving families. In 2001, he experienced every parent’s worst nightmare - he lost his only child, Erika, in a car accident. He is partnered with another grieving dad, Kelly Farley, to advocate for an amendment to the Family and Medical Leave Act that would enable unpaid time off to grieve the death of one's child.
