SMP 003: Inner Child Healing

As we progress on the spiritual path, we find issues from our past that need to be dealt with. In this episode I discuss the inner child that is suppressed in most people. I get into how it becomes formed during childhood through societal programming - typically as a result of our parents' parenting styles. I expose one of my own experiences in which I developed self worth issues from my parents' lack of satisfaction with me and my life. Finally, I talk about ways to heal the inner child and free ourselves from the subconscious self-sabotage it tends to cause.
