The Eisenhower Matrix is a decision making matrix built around two things - how urgent something is, and how important it is. If it is urgent and important, do it now. If it is urgent but not important, delegate it. If it is not urgent but important, schedule a time to do it. And if it is neither important nor urgent, eliminate it!
