The strong and graceful Lisa Bilyeu has overcome a lot of fear in her life to take steps forward toward her goals. For her, it's all about remembering the larger goal, and thinking through the worst case scenario.
As the great White Goodman said in the movie Dodgeball - "I like to break a mental sweat too". The process isn't that different from a physical workout, it requires being pushed beyond a comfortable capacity.

Monday - Mean Girls and Soul Sisters Tuesday - Grateful To Have Jammed My Finger Wednesday - When Things Get Easy, Go Get Better Thursday - "You are not a drop in the ocean, you are the ocean in a drop." Friday - We Have Magical Intuition
So I ran an experiment on myself and found something novel. Our bodies process everything around us and we are have more information to work with than we know!
We contain the world within us. We are each individually abundant with opportunity and potential.
If you're comfortable then you're not growing. In the areas that you want to develop to their fullest, you need to refuse comfort and always push the boundary.
It's kind of a funny story, but I tried to be grateful for jamming my finger... and it worked!
You can focus on perfectionism, comparison and judgment... or inspiration, gratitude and curiosity. Pick a side, are you a mean girl or a soul sister?
This interview is featuring the host of one of my favorite podcasts, Mark Metry of Humans 2.0.
