To wrap up the macro series, we're taking a closer look at alcohol. You may be wondering "Is alcohol a macronutrient?" Technically, perhaps. Practically, probably not. But it's fair to say that we all need to know more about alcohol, and its physical/spiritual effects in our bodies.

- And if it's actually "healthy" for us.
