Do you realize that good flexibility isn’t what you think it is? As one of the 6 key aspects of your fitness, you better be flexible. And my guess is that you probably either love it (because you’re naturally flexible), or you hate it (because you’re as tight as a drum and need it). Either way, you might not be stretching correctly!

In this episode, I’m teaching you how being flexible is about so much more than just having long and loose muscles. You’ll also learn that working on your flexibility has to include more than just holding a stretch, and what you should be doing instead.
