This week we wrap up our deep dive through the Elements with the element of Earth: The Grounding Wisdom. We will use the Sacred Sounds of the Elemental Globes and Divine Names to connect with the Sacred Mother Earth that provides us with stability and grounding.

We tap into the sustenance and feel the deep wisdom of the innate knowledge our earthly bodies carry. We are not on the Earth, we are in the Earth and of the Earth. We carry an innate existential force that imbues us with her wisdom.
