Most obstacles to learning are that it's boring & costly. What if we could make it free, interesting, empowering, & fun?! Something people even talk about days later? Could we affect change?
I always assumed it was customer service rep's responsibility to listen & create an environment for dialogue. Now, I wonder if the customer plays an equally important role towards a positive outcome.
Neal Stephenson's SciFi book, Seveneves, has me wondering what we could accomplish, if we truly wanted to create non-lethal means to incapacitate someone. How do we go about it?
