Welcome to Sears Be-ers, Knowers, and Doers, a podcast about intuition. Do you know what that is? Intuition to me, is that inner sense for knowing that something is true and yet I have no proof, but there's so many definitions and there's so many ways it can come and will even be , bring together and share with you some amazing guests. You have some amazing life stories and also some insights into how intuition can come. And I'm looking to gather those crows in the trees.
I hope you're one of them. I hope that this podcast inspires you to be more connected to your intuition. And I hope that by doing that, we make the world a better place. Thanks for coming on this journey with me. Before we get started today, I would love to share some tools with you to help with stress and feeling overwhelmed, especially for the energetically sensitive person. Feel free to go to my store on my website at www.Healingvitality.ca. Thanks so much for coming on this journey with me.
So it's episode 52 52. I am so happy to be almost a year from launch date that and actually 52 episodes equaling a year worth of published out there See'rs Be-ers, Knowers and Doers podcast episode that I just wanted to do a few things to highlight and underscore what this year and a half has been like. Sears beers, knowers and doers, as you've all heard was an intuitive idea. It came from having a dog living with me after not having a dog for a while and the routine changed.
And you know, I think that intuition sometimes can seep in a little bit easier if we're stuck. If we do change our routines, or if we start to learn something different or if we work with our hands and keep our bodies busy, or if we get still, if we're used to being busy. So changing things up sometimes puts a crack in the armor that may be blocking our intuition. So if that can help anybody, I hope it does.
Something else that has come to mind as I've gone through the last 52 episodes is the patterns that I see in talking to people. And there's one pattern where I'll approach somebody to be a guest. And, and they they're like, no, I don't have anything to say, no, I couldn't do that. Oh, goodness. Intuition. No, I don't have that. And I don't push those people, but Sometimes. So I Back on them that they actually have, I pushed back on them to make them see that they actually do have intuition.
And it's fine if they don't want to share it with the rest of the world. But I really do think it's important that people recognize what their gut instinct, their intuition, their heebie-jeebies, their feelings, their radar, whatever word they want to put on it. Their mother's instinct. They're good people sense, whatever word they want to put on it.
I really think people need to connect that dot and realize that all those things are, are divinely led or are their instincts, their intuition guiding them to make great choices. And so that's one set of people that I've run into in the last year as I've reached out to people who could be potential guests.
And I followed my nudges when I, when I reach out to those people, when I reach out to any guest actually , um, and another set of people are people that just say yes, and you've, you've heard me say that as I introduced podcast guests, that they just, they just said yes. And some of these people, I would have never had a conversation with before. And they just said yes. And that to me is exactly why they were guests on the podcast is they are listening to their instincts and following through.
And, and in some cases, further relationships and friendships or work relationships or a rekindled connection has been made through these podcasts that has been so enriching to my life. And I hope that sharing these people with you has been enriching to your life. It's something to be able to share people with a larger audience and give them a platform. And, and people don't necessarily all feel like they have a platform to share. And it's not about having a business to promote.
It's not about promoting, you know, a service or product necessarily. It's about promoting the idea that these people are divinely led and where that intuition has taken them in their lives is, is a message for somebody out there. It's been a really interesting year for me to connect with something I find innately joyful, which is learning about people and asking questions.
And some people, I think I drive him a little nutty with the amount of questions I ask them , but I'm just always wanting to learn and understand. And most times there's growth for me that comes from that experience. Or it's reminding me of a tool in my own toolbox that resonates when I'm speaking to somebody and they're like, Oh, I do this. And I'm like, yeah, I had that experience too. And you'll hear me say that in some podcasts where it's like, Oh yeah, yeah , yeah. You're like that too.
And that's what I hope that you guys are doing as you listen to these podcasts, is that it sparks that almost coming home feeling of like, Oh right. I remember that feeling. Or I remember that sensation because it's, it's becoming clear in my mind and in my body and in my awareness that now is one of those times that we're going to look back in history and say, there were people who listened and people who didn't and we've seen this happen.
We've seen this happen over and over again in our history and the history of the world as sometimes major events go on, major turmoil goes on, major divide goes on.
And I don't like focusing on that stuff, but it's become clear to me that the more of the general population, the more each individual gets connected and listens to their intuition, the less divide we are going to have, the less polarities we're going to have the less unrest we're going to have the less anxiety we're going to have, the less depression we're going to have. The less isolation we're going to have. The more we as a collective and individually, listen to our intuition.
The more we're going to be able to see and feel and know when things aren't resonating when things aren't right. And I'm not talking about anything political, I'm not talking about anything racial. I'm not talking about anything specific. I'm talking about the small things, even in our lives that we glaze over, because it seems to be easy to not pay attention and do what our instincts are telling us to do.
And every time we do that, we lose a piece of ourselves and we lose an opportunity for joy. And we lose a step towards who and what we're supposed to be walking this earth. It's not necessarily, you know , going to create the end of the earth if we don't all listen, but it certainly will make our experience a more pleasant one while we're here. It's also been fascinating to me that , uh , it's just as many men as women have this spidey sense.
And I haven't run across as many men who are wanting to engage in it, but I just run across more women than men in my life. I think so It's been also something that's revealed itself to me is the doing of this podcast is extremely joyful. The connection working with Amanda with this podcast has been fantastic.
And I was always a Lone Wolf before and in bringing in these collaborative situations, either collaborating with the podcast guest or collaborating with Amanda and that's brought an openness to me to collaborate more outside of my work environment, in some situations that have brought me extreme joy. So when you step outside of what you should be doing and you follow those nudges, it may expand your comfort zone into a extremely joyful situation. Or you may run across people who are your tribe.
Like you just don't know what's on the other side of following that nudge. And , and that sometimes is the part that stops people from following the nudge, because they don't know, but that leap of faith that trust that, that sense as Cathy put it of always landing on her feet, even if it's the wrong choice, quote, unquote, wrong choice. I believe that that's so true. And it's just whether or not the choice brings you to joy faster or not to quote Sue Duquette.
So it's, each podcast has been a cool way to get to know parts of these people that I didn't know from the surface or from the relationship that I had with these people before. And it's been interesting to take a look back and see the diversity in the way that people get their intuition. And also some of the similarities in how people get their intuition and how it gets them, where they are. Yeah, just interesting.
I think that joy factor in the world would go up if we just all listen to those nudges and yeah, I mean, there's been podcasts or people are, have to do the practical thing. What if they're listening to their instincts about what that practical thing is, again, the joy factor goes up and I'm certain that we have to build a little bit more joy in the world currently that I know is that there's not enough joy in the world.
So my challenge again, find how you listened to your intuition and don't put off listening to your intuition and be okay with not knowing what's after that next step, because it's just going to unfold as it's supposed to and unfolding can be such a delightful process because really we only have our awareness in right now. And so we can really only do the next thing. We can't do the big picture. So I hope that you've been enjoying this.
I am going to take a week or two off and then we'll get started on season two. I've asked, am I supposed to still be doing this? The answer is yes. So I hope that you are a Crow in the tree. I hope that you're coming along on this journey with me. And if you know somebody who you think would be a great guest, please reach out. Let me know. I'd love to expand the network. Thanks so much.
