So in today's podcast, I wanna talk to you about some situations that have happened to me in the last few weeks, probably maybe a month or two, about , uh, having the intuition and receiving messages about being love and how that's probably a global message that we need to be love more often. And this has come about in three different ways in my world. And interestingly, the shift in dynamics with some people in my world has been really, really cool.
And I realized that I was the prickly one, but when I was being the prickly one, I didn't realize I was the prickly one. I thought I was responding to an environment, but I was responding to perceptions of the environment , um, based on historical data we'll say. And so Lee Harris is one of the people that I love to listen to and participate in his work because I find that he has a way that resonates with me and that he's not into , um, changing anybody that isn't in a place to change.
He isn't into inspiring people that aren't in a place to change. He is very much, you know, if you're where you're at, you're where you're at. But if you want this message and it speaks to you, then here's this message. And one of the messages in one of his courses recently was about how we're in a space globally. Some of us are in a space globally to be love more often and bring that frequency into our lives more often, and be that beacon of light to inspire others to be that potentially.
And that really hit me as, wow, what would that look like? Especially in an environment that we are being bombarded with the opposite of that regularly. And I think that that bombardment creates that prickly that I was resting in periodically in certain environments with certain people. And it wasn't necessarily a reflection of what they were bringing to the table. It was energetics, it was global environment, it was my own responses that were triggered, et cetera , et cetera .
And then , and this may resonate with some of you, and so why I'm bringing that part up is how I think intuitively we are, we are love, we are those higher frequencies unless we're triggered unless we're triggered. And if we're triggered then we aren't. Those frequencies generally. And I've talked about how we can be , um, stressed and how being in a stress state can possibly take us out of our intuition unless we are triggered into a survival in intuition.
And that's just a observation and , uh, perspective, I guess more than anything else possibly. It's not everybody's experience. So Lee Harris was one place hearing it. Another place was driving into , uh, the holiday season wanting to see what being love actually brings to the table consciously. And so it was really curious to be love and not consciously be triggered by anything and just be able to receive everything. And nobody in my holiday season is consciously triggering me about anything.
And so it was to consciously be a repellent by being love two triggers. And so it was a really beautiful holiday season and it was a reflection of how much everything can change with that frequency and nothing has to be , um, different either cuz that's the, that's a frequency we all want to hang out in. We all want to hang to hang out in that frequency . So if we can choose it more often, then I think everything shifts around us. And so that was the second place it came up.
And the third place it came up was I was looking into more of my human design, which I've talked about on other podcasts and reflecting on how can I emulate my blueprint more and live in more ease and love is in there and inspiring others is in there and communicating what I've learned is in there and being in Deloitte and Joy is in there, which you know, hey bring it on right?
And intuition is in there, which is also so interesting to me that it is one of my things cuz there's like 64 gene keyeds they're called. And one of my things is actually intuition. So it's actually the pinnacle of my life is intuition, which I just thought was really, really cool.
Cuz essentially this podcast is, is a reflection of how I want to inspire other people to listen to their intuition and how much living in my intuition brings about my health and wellbeing , um, in all aspects of my life and how love and intuition are intersecting for me at this time is just incredibly inspiring to me. And so I wanted to pass it along to you and it's not lost on me that the planet is in this place.
I think of craving love and craving connection and I I refer to C O V I D not in a political sense, but in a sense that it has driven a few different things in people's lives. Some people it's driven them to be more centered in themselves. Some people it's driven them into trauma. Some people it's driven them into searching for more fulfillment in their lives. So it , it's, it's been interesting how it actually is a really transformative time.
But it's also a time if people are paying attention to the outside world of a lot of what I would call trauma stacking because our world is so connected to the media, the social media, the instant information about what's going on around the world in great detail. And with that there's good and bad or maybe not good and bad. There's opportunities for different reactions to that and how people handle those reactions.
And the other thing that has come across my radar in the last week and with great intensity is another one of my people that I just admire his brain so much and his authenticity and his ability to share his journey. And that's Dr. GPO and his new book called The Myth of Normal is something that I dove into just through his interviews. And I'm going to read that book cuz it's so connected to our times right now.
And he landed intuitively in YouTube land on my radar with this book and I can't get enough of it. And he has put it succinctly in words how much we are taken out of our original authentic self just by our circumstances and environment. And what we're told is normal in the child rearing experience and how those choices actually can impact our ability to be authentic versus our need for attachment.
And attachment in one sense is love and authenticity is another version of love to me because when we're authentic, we are loving ourselves enough to show up as our true selves. And attachment is when we feel connected to the people in our world and as a child in his realization as a child, we often choose attachment from a survival's perspective over authenticity. So we're in this dynamic as we age and grow of relearning how to be authentic. And to me that's where intuition comes in.
and being love comes in because if we can be love, we are loving ourselves cuz we're creating a frequency that we're living in that is higher and accepting and in a space that is just a higher frequency, it isn't full of density. And if we are being love, we are allowing and sharing that higher frequency with the environment around us.
And with the information that I know about heart math and coherence, if one person in a room is the higher frequency of love, the rest of the room can co-regulate with that higher frequency of love so it actually spreads like fire . So I am sharing all this because we're kind of on some anniversaries of some stressors in Covid for parts of the population.
And if we can give ourself the gift of being love consciously and subconsciously, energetically, mentally, emotionally, love isn't necessarily, you can't have the other emotions. To me love is the acceptance and allowance of the other emotions to pass through you in a safe way. And so our emotional regulation is needing emotions to come out and not be suppressed. And in emotions coming out we're more authentic.
And when we're more authentic, we're more aligned with our blueprint from a human design perspective and from a joy perspective and from a fulfillment perspective. And all of those things lead a person to being their best version of themselves. And I think in general the planet is trying to do that. And so all of these pieces of a puzzle have landed in my lap in the last month and I've tried to put some of them to practice or more of them to practice.
And the results have been really, really cool. So I wanted to share them with you and maybe inspire you to do your own investigations of the Gene Key Map. Um, from a human design perspective, there's free profiles you can pull, there's information about love and your purpose and about prosperity and health and many different aspects of your life there.
There's information, like I say with Dr. Ante and his new book, myth of Normal that every interview I've heard, he's not saying exactly the same thing, but he is , um, speaking in a way that resonates that there is not a human on this planet who hasn't been traumatized in some way just by the cultural views of what normal child rearing is.
And that to me is fascinating because I've always thought that we have to be given whole punches, in order to be humanized cuz we're born in perfection and we're born in that love state. We are born in that place of, of pure acceptance and love and joy and, and then we get humanized. So to have him speak to it from a scientist and 77 year old's perspective with all of his different work experiences and life experiences, it, it was interesting to have it put back to me in words.
Um , cuz intuitively that's what I felt as well. So have a look, listen maybe to Lee Harris's work, if he resonates with you, go investigate any of Dr. Gabo Matt's books or YouTube videos or his course on compassionate inquiry or any of his work.
He is a very fascinating individual who, who has worked on his own whole punches, so to speak, his own trauma and has worked with many people's traumas from a palliative perspective and from an addictions perspective and as a family physician for many years and is very authentic about his own childhood and parenting experiences.
And then from a human design perspective, it is astrology and numerology on steroids and very insightful in terms of not necessarily giving you the information that you don't know, but it puts it in a way and in a fascinating perspective that it's like, oh my gosh, that's why that theme keeps showing up. Oh my gosh, that's why when I'm out of alignment I act that way. Interesting cuz it was, it was part of my blueprint. This is how I'm designed or, or isn't that fascinating?
That's succinctly put what I need to help myself transform consciously because I'm doing this on an unconscious level. So if I reflect back on my relationships, yes, I do that X, y , Z on an unconscious level and it just puts it in words without necessarily labeling you in a way that you know you're destined to continue to act that way further ever and ever and ever.
The whole point of human design is to help you become aware and, and make choices to possibly shift and live on the , on the more aligned version of yourself with, with what your souls blueprint was when you came in based on many, many aspects. But it's, it's simple and it's free. And uh, it may be just as insightful for you as it has been for me.
Listen to your own intuition, whether you follow any of those breadcrumbs, , you know, it may be insightful for you as well and , uh, help you along your journey. And it may be that looking up one of those things you find something else that actually resonates more. So by all means, follow your own plath , follow your own intuition.
And if there's anything here that can inspire you to be love more often in the days ahead, then please, please, please follow that because the opportunities that arise and the shifting in the environment that occurs , uh, is incredible when you can show up for yourself and for others as love.
