Welcome to Sears beers, knowers, and doers, a podcast about intuition. Do you know what that is? Intuition to me, is that inner sense for knowing that something is true and yet I have no proof, but there's so many definitions and there's so many ways it can come and go even to bring together and share with you. Some amazing guests, you have some amazing life stories and also some insights into how intuition can come. And I'm looking to gather those crows in the trees. I hope you're one of them.
I hope that this podcast inspires you to be more connected to your intuition. And I hope that by doing that, we make the world a better place. Thanks for coming on this journey with me Before we get started today, I would love to share some tools with you to help with stress and feeling overwhelmed, especially for the energetically sensitive person. Feel free to go to my store on my website at www dot healing, vitality.ca thanks so much for coming on this tour .
So today I'm super excited because I was intuitively led to share some tools with you at the start of some of my podcasts. I invite you to go to my store and grab some tools for the energetically sensitive. And at this point in the podcast, I'm pretty certain that a lot of you are energetically sensitive, whether you're aware of it or not. I'm not sure you're drawn to this podcast because you're interested in hearing other people's story about their intuition.
Then perhaps you may want to follow my intuitive nudge. And I don't know about you, but there's points in time where the world seems to be a little bit off its axis. There's also points in time when time seems to be going very quickly. And there's also points in time when it's like there's a lot of deja VU going on, or perhaps we're not having a deja VU, but our energy may be having a deja view or perhaps society may be having a deja VU or parts of society may be having a deja VU.
And we're just feeling it. And we can't put our finger on what we're feeling. Perhaps it's more anxiety, perhaps it's panic attacks, perhaps it's depression or despair, perhaps it is a very unfocused feeling or a feeling of being highly triggerable with emotions that are not making sense to the situation.
So if any of those things are part of what you have felt in the last little while, or perhaps you've been feeling that way, your entire life chances are you're an old soul and being an old soul is a beautiful thing because it brings with us some inner knowings and wisdom that you can sit back and look at the conversation objectively and go like, wow, where did that come from?
Or perhaps you have an awareness about just how to do things without actually ever being taught, or maybe you just are that person that everybody comes to you with all their problems. And you just always seem to find the right words. There's so many different ways, old soul show up on the planet that I'm not even going to suggest that I'm going to come across or say every single situation that would identify somebody as an old soul.
But the tool that I'm about to share with you seems to be resonating with a lot of my clients. And it seems to be resonating a lot with the world right now, the world right now can be lovely. It can be filled with some amazing moments where you see people being super compassionate and , um , doing things like I have a gentleman that's crossed my path.
He's running across Canada, a hundred kilometers almost a day to support mental health because he's been touched by suicides in his earlier part of his life. And so this is something that he was inspired to do. And at some point I would love to have him on my podcast. So watch for that. Um, and there's also situations where we can see beauty around and, and just be more present to it. I think so. I don't know. I think everything's a balance. It's a fine balance.
I've already talked about that, but I think that sometimes this tool can come into play maybe two or three times a day. It's hard to say somebody reminded me of a tool that I used to do. Just talking to my neighbor, who knew somebody, who I used to work with. And if my day started badly, I would go outside the office and arrive whether it was three 30 in the afternoon or not. I would go out to the office and come back in and say, good morning to everybody.
Like I just arrived and started my day again. And this tool I'm about to share with you is a lot like that. And if anybody wants to try that to hold that I just shared about starting your day over again. It is fantastic. It can do some amazing things and put a smile on a lot of people's faces in the process. So feel free to start your day all over again, whenever it strikes you to do that.
So understanding that time and space is just something that we kind of have made up in a sense in terms of having a clock, yes, the sun rises and sets and the moon goes through cycles. And, and yes, we have those external things that put us in a particular time and space. But in terms of the stress that we associate with time and space, that's something sometimes that is controllable by putting things in perspective.
And we see that with the quote unquote mindfulness movement where people focus on their breath, or they focus on a flower in front of them, or they focus on sensations that they feel from their environment in their body so that they can return to the present moment that is showing you that time. And space is something that can be controlled by what we put our focus on. That's more on the mental side of time and space.
What I'm about to share with you is more on the energetic side of time and space. And it requires in the physical sense, a door that closes easily and fully that door can be in your mind. If you don't have one present, I personally love the physical action of closing the door. It seems to do something for me that adds benefit in terms of this tool.
And so what this tool is about is it's about closing the door on energy and experiences that are not in your present moment, which could be influencing your outcome either emotionally or energetically or mentally, or possibly even physically, because a lot of people are having a hard time breathing these days for my clientele. They just feel a pressure on their chest, or it's hard to take a deep breath, and this could impact that in a very physical way for some people.
So the tool I call it, closing the door, and if you want it, it is available in my store and on my website. And there are other tools like this. So this is just an example of how quickly and easily and simply something can shift when you put it into practice. All of my tools are a practice. They do have to sometimes be done regularly. I call it retraining the rescue dog. Our energy sometimes has created bad habits through misunderstandings of circumstances.
And it will operate in a way that is not necessarily healthy for us or perhaps in a codependent way. And so intuitively it gets a little bit mixed up and that can affect how your energy operates in the world. So back to the tool, closing the door, especially helpful for old soul, but people who aren't old souls also highly benefit from this tool. So it's something that I like to do before I do some of the other tools because it can make them work better as well.
Some people have a belief system that we've been around more than this lifetime. And if you don't have that bliss belief system, that's fine. We're going to refer to past and future experiences as well as lifetimes, if that resonates with you. So just imagine or use the wording that works for you. And when I refer to other aspects, if they don't resonate with you, don't overthink it. Don't overthink it at all.
Because a lot of times our thinking brain will put things in our head that can sabotage what the heck we're doing. And I think that's part of the human experience. So I don't suggest you analyze or overthink what I'm about to tell you. So go to a doorway or write this process down and then go to a doorway and then do it yourself. So what the process is is I will use a laundry room or bathroom for example, and I'm going to stand in the hallway or the room outside the space, outside that room.
So I opened the door to the bathroom and I speak into the bathroom cause I'm in the hallway. And I say the following, I am putting all my past future parallel, other dimensional, cosmic, galactic, universal ancestral, generational, familiar, and any other experiences and energy that are healthy for me to let go of in the bathroom. And I closed the door and I check in on my energy. And if I feel more grounded, lighter, something positive has shifted. I embraced that.
And before I opened that door to the bathroom, again, I changed the whole bathroom to my favorite color. Just mentally in my head could be green, blue, purple sparkles. It could also be a happy place. I might think of the beach. I might think of my favorite woods. I might think of something that's happy for me. My favorite, you have the mountains or whatever that is, but I change and transmute the energy in that bathroom to that space. Before I opened the door.
If when you check on your energy, it does not feel ideal or does not feel like it's shifted in a positive way. I want you to imagine that you are in a bubble like the, you would blow up when you dip the stick in the dish soap and you have the ring and you blow through the ring. And there's a bubble that forms. I want you to imagine yourself in that bubble. I want you to make that bubble as big as you need it to be.
And I want you to fill that bubble with your favorite color, because sometimes those experiences we put in that room, even though it's for our highest and best, we might've been holding onto them like our favorite blanket. And that blanket might be not in our highest and best to be holding on to . Um, it's kinda like when the parent takes the soother away, it's one of those things, but that's what you do.
If something does not feel like it's in the best place for you, even though we requested that the energy and experience that were in your highest and best we're put in that room. So you just make that bubble as big as it needs to be for you to feel grounded and fill that bubble up with your favorite color. In some cases, it could be God's light and love. In other cases, it might be filled with just the energy of love and peace and that tool there will bring your energy into the now.
And right now, a lot of people's energies have this doorway opening and closing like cowboy saloon doors. So this tool may be something that you connect with regularly. If you notice that the shift in energy from being busier or heavier or whatever the situation was to a more calm, false, calm, or still, or peaceful or lighter, whatever the shift was.
If you noticed that you lose that, you just go back, find a door that you can do this with and say those , uh , say that sentence again and close the door, change the color of the room that you closed the door on, check in with your energy system .
See whether you're not, you need to be full of light and love and off you go again, it can be really a profound thing to bring your energy into the now, because there are some triggers out there that might be triggering your energy to not be in as calm a place as it needs to be. So that's one of the tools sitting in the toolbox on my store that I was divinely led to share with you today.
And I hope that it does give you some peace and I encourage you to use it regularly if it really resonated with you. And if it makes you curious to go on my store and see if there's other tools intuitively, that would benefit you feel free to go. If this is enough, that is wonderful. I'm glad I'm happy to have helped have a wonderful day.
