And this is the reason I'm smiling, because at the end of the day, it is still about a diverse team of people and a bit of a flat structure. We are not too hierarchical. We operate in teams, we collaborate and communicate very strongly as teams, and there's not one person that is more important than another. So I think that the best way I can describe it, is that we are team oriented, we are very collaborative, we are very diverse.”
