Adults apparently make 30,000 decisions every day (227 around what to eat) but it’s sometimes the big ones that can hold us back or propel us forward. Being decisive, handling dilemmas, getting on top of choices rather than get overwhelmed or start procrastinating-  there is a clear link between wellness and decision-making.  We are thrilled to be joined by MD Liz Hegarty who shares her real life tips for effective decision-making.

Making decisions feels good but if we don’t feel good it’s tricky to make them.  It’s about empowerment- and even choosing to do nothing- or to defer a timeframe- is still taking a decision.

We share thinking tools to simplify tricky decisions and frameworks to explain your rationale to engage others.
