For many, hybrid working can cause worries around who, what, and where  we are working which add more pressure that tips us into feeling stressed out. In this episode we are joined by mental health and wellness expert Lindsey Thompson-Wright who shares her tips and insights on the fundamental role that boundaries play in reducing stress and boosting morale. She shares her advice on how teams can reduce stress from flexible working -  and what we can do to balance the variety of being in/out of a workplace.
