As restrictions change and life adjusts, now is the time to be really clear on your boundaries. To adapt and adjust well it is important to work out what will work for you moving forward. Disruption could actually be the ideal opportunity to reset, renegotiate or protect some boundaries that either need to be created, or have become encroached upon during the pandemic.   It can be easy to become lost during times of adjustment and adaptability, so taking time to assert ourselves even in seemingly small ways can boost our self worth and confidence.  In this episode we discuss tips to assert and maintain boundaries - whether with our self or when interacting with others. Essential skills for life whether 13 or 113!
