When the humans are struggling, it can be inspiring to look at nature and learn how animals work together to handle challenge and progress forward. On their annual migration geese travel up to 3000 miles and they do this through continuous teamwork, communication and dedication to keeping the flock in formation.   Animals instinctively know that teamwork is a team effort -  requiring shifts, swaps and swoops to avoid fatigue and initiate momentum.  The same goose does not lead from the front for the whole journey. It recognises when it is time to shift position to restore energy and honk the team from behind. We share tips for keeping the team energised for this next stretch if the monotony is kicking in: You've flocking got this!
