The bigger the number of people we need to connect with , the more our relationships require mindful attention. According to Professor Robin Dunbar our brains max out at 150 people, but just think how many emails you get each day and from how many people. So in this second in our Taking Stock series we pull the cracker on building great relationships during busy disruptive times. From the power of using someone's (correctly spelt) name, to being connected to your relationship values so people can connect with you we include practical ideas to working with others in a mutually beneficial way. As the constant 'other' in every single one of our relationships, of course it all starts with how we relate to ourselves. Remembering that you matter ensures we remember the same for others.
