How we feel about starting  2021 will be largely influenced by how we end 2020.  With just a matter of weeks to go until the calendar year changes, this is a good opportunity to regain any lost control and take charge of your life.   When life is unpredictable and uncertain this can make it tricky to plan - but if we switch our achievement focus from outcome to input, then there is always something positive to build upon.   How we feel tomorrow, starts today.  We share practical ideas to feel more positive and successful.
