Noel has over 25 years of experience in sales, media, marketing, and partner development. Before founding GroundSwell Group, Noel held senior leadership positions at CBS Radio, KNBR radio, and World Cup Soccer.
Dedicated to philanthropic causes, he was awarded Man of the Year by Hope and Heroes Children’s Cancer Hospital, and founded Noel’s Heroes, a non-profit that inspires high school and college cancer survivors. Noel grew up Los Angeles and earned a B.A in Business & Economics from U.C Santa Barbara.
