Episode description

Richard Pendelbury, a former police sergeant, was once commended for heroism. His career ended after he himself was arrested, although later acquitted of theft, conspiracy to pervert the course of justice and two counts of perverting the course of justice. He was subsequently sacked for gross misconduct after being accused of hacking into police systems and leaking information about undercover operations that could have derailed serious investigations. In this Podcast he maintains he was fitted up by the same police force he served for more than 20 years and that his personal insight and experience is driving him to help the falsely accused.
