We have been on a bit of a hideous as of late. Little news and no shows makes for an unhappy public. So we started this week off right with a Trey Canard interview for your viewing pleasure. Following that up is the most recent Episode of Seat Time, Episode 53, featuring Texas Pro, Caleb Ramsay. He got to ask Trey a few questions and then give us the low down on his thoughts of Toronto SX and all the local Texas racing. If you want to get involved in the discussion, feel free to send us some of ...

With the Dallas Supercross in town and us hitting our 50th episode, we have had a busy week. All the racing that went down in Cowboys Stadium could seriously effect the record books. Round 1 of the East Coast Lites was packed full of exciting racing that seems to always come forth when we hit the East. The 450 class lost a great competitor in Chad Reed after he had a big wreck on the 7th lap of the main. He is beat up, broken and down for awhile. But we all know Reed, he will be back and either ...

Bringing on all the local Texas' racers has been a blast. They are all down to earth, love to talk Moto and are genuinely good people. But the majority of these guys are healthy, training or have to drive long distances. So they cannot partake in too many adult beverages. I knew I needed to find someone special to fill the bill when it comes to enjoying some brews and letting the random talk fly. In comes Cecil Parker, this guy does it all. He races in the +30 A class, supports his wife in the c...

After a week off, we are back and swinging hard. We brought two guests on for this episode to try out some new fun. Cody Beck and Cameron Ishmael, accompanied by Cody's girlfriend Brittany, traveled east to our 'studio' in Plano. From Trey Canard and Ryan Morais' wreck to Round 1 of the National Enduro, we had quite a few good discussions. Be ready to enjoy the awesome! Support the show

This week the motorcycle community lost a long time favored champion to a tragic practice injury. Mika Ahola died at the age of 37 from post-operative complications while trying to fix an internal organ injury he sustained just three weeks ago. We tribute this episode of Seat Time to Mika Ahola; He has been a great leader, ambassador and champion within, and outside of our community. Support the show

Episode 43 is the last official video for the year of 2011. We had our yearly wrap up video done last week, and we are looking forward to 2012. This episode covers a lot of local racing in the TORO, TORN and TCCRA circuits. Texas is wrapping up the year as well and has had quite a few champions crowned. Support the show

With the new to us couch, it is nothing but a good time when guests come over. This week's guest is none other than Texas native Cole Kirkpatrick. He had so much fun last time he was on Seat Time, he had to come back for more. The discussions covering the recent Endurocross double header in Vegas and his win at the most recent TORO event were epic awesomeness. Also, his opinions on current off-road news make him the perfect guest to counterbalance Brian's random, beer drinking ways. Support the ...

This was going to be a week off. Jordan and I are still recovering and making up work from our trip to Loretta Lynn's. But when a friend calls knocking on your front door, you answer. Lucas Comeaux did just that. Showing up in Plano for work, we met up afterwards for some beers and cheers. Lucas was nice enough to sit on the couch with me to discuss the LACC, the Off-Road Cup and the recent Red River Enduro. I did beat him in a beer chugging competition though. Support the show...

This week's episode starts the beginning of our new format. Without Bloody anymore, we need talent to bench race with us. Caleb Ramsey is the first addition to the Seat Time couch squad. We go through all the Loretta Lynn's double header action, the last WORCS event (including our man Kurt Caselli's 3rd WORCS title) and the season opener of the 2011-2012 TORO series. Support the show

There was a great release from JGR and James Stewart and their 3 year SX/MX deal signing. We had the final round of the National Hare and Hound, the Ironman GNCC, Boise, Idaho Endurocross, and the more local TCCRA and TSCEC races. Support the show

With Jordan having to buckle down on some law school and Bloody having some personal stuff come up, I decided to sit down with the web cam and a mic to go through some of the moto news. Mike Brown saw a perfect weekend racing the Race Town 395 WORCS and Cameron Ishmael won another TORN Overall. Support the show

We're pretty excited about Russell Bobbitt winning the Muddobbers National Enduro this past weekend. With this win, he edged out Charlie Mullins for the National Enduro Championship and claimed his 4th National Enduro title. Even though his teammates switched to 2 strokes halfway through the National competition, Bobbitt has been a consistent 2 stroke rider for the majority of his career. That consistency won him every test section at the final round. Michael Lafferty technically won the second ...

With the finishing of the Lucas Oil AMA National Outdoors Series, these past weeks may have felt as though racing has slowed up a bit for the year. This is far from the truth when you look at the Off-Road schedule for the rest of the year. We have got GNCC, WORCS, Hare and Hound, Endurocross, a National Enduro and all our local races. A week like this was a lot of fun to talk about. We had Team USA winning the Motocross des Nations for a 7th consecutive win. Taddy Blazusiak won his 4th Endurocross race for the 2011 season. Paul Whibley won Round 10 of the OMA with a bit of rain and technical conditions trying to hold him back. Support the show

The Lucas Oil AMA National 450 Motocross Championship wasn't as close as some of us would have liked. Ryan Villopoto had a good cushion of points going into the weekend at Pala Raceway. There was still room for Ryan Dungey to squeeze a title out of the weekend though. Support the show

This week had a lot of local racing going on for us here in Texas. We had TCCRA and TORN having races in Denton and Callisburg respectively. Luckily for all the local riders though, we did have a cool front come through which dropped the temperatures way below where they have been. Support the show

As I sit here listening to Larry and his flask, we are starting to get our first rain in months in the DFW area. The only reason this is relevant, is because of the upcoming TORN race this weekend in Trophy Club, TX. That place is dusty within 5 minutes of a Tropical Storm, so I am happy for the racers that they are going to get a bit of moisture and something to hold down the dust for 5 minutes of practice. The world of Seat Time has finally started to get back on track. I can't say I am completely back to normal after my trip to Europe, but everyday feels a bit more normal. Endurocross (Enduro X) was debuted as the last event at X Games 17 in LA, CA and we had the Rattlesnake National Enduro in Cross Fork, PA. As always, the Endurocross action was entertaining and nail biting. Support the show

With the Summer Solstice behind us, we are officially in Summer. With the new season and the warmer weather, there are many series taking breaks to keep riders out of the heat. We here in Texas are very appreciative of that. So, the coverage and episodes may be a bit short for a few months. Support the show
