In this episode, I share a story of how I believed a cognitive distortion, came up with a wrong conclusion and about how a therapy skill in action changed my mindset from negative to positive. I share a vulnerable story about how I had partnered with assumption and encourage you that through the help of positive therapy skills changing your mindset and thoughts is possible.
