Kevins inexplicable run of rolling 4's continues. This week we watch the Dolph Lundgren starring Punisher movie made back in 1989.  We are joined by our good friend Ethan to get his take on this incredibly weird movie that is straight up free to watch on Youtube.  This movie features some of the funniest moments that we have witnessed so far.
