การทำ Agile แต่ละที่ ก็ใช้วิธี storyboard ไม่เหมือนกัน บางที่ก็ใช้ Online tool บางที่ก็ใช้ Physical board แต่ละแบบก็มีข้อดีข้อเสีย แม้ Physical board เป็นสิ่งที่ Agile แนะนำให้ทำ แต่บางทีมก็อาจจะเจอปัญหา ปล. แต่ละทีมก็มีปัญหา และแก้ปัญหาด้วยวิธีการที่แตกต่างกัน นี่เป็นแค่ประสบการณ์จากทีมหนึ่งเท่านั้นค่ะ โปรดใช้วิจารณญาณ :)
