- The Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA, S.1409) directly addresses the harmful social media business model by placing the health and wellbeing of our children over advertising revenue. Learn more at passkosa.org.
- The Platform Accountability and Transparency Act (PATA) would create a program facilitated by the National Science Foundation (NSF) for researchers to request access to certain data from social media companies, and require the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to develop privacy and security protocols for the program.
