First create some titles, using tools to help e.g. google keywords
Look at what people are actively searching for.
Create 3 - 5 content ideas.
Then answer these questions:
- Is it valuable?
- Is it actionable?
- Does it read well?
- Does it engage with people?
- Will it be relevant in the future?
