Andy Trask is an actor, improvisor and a friend for many years. He recently had some health issues and that coupled with frustration with showbiz he moves back to where he is from, Hawaii. But before he leaves town I asked him on my podcast to talk about his health and also improv, comedy, Hawaii, working on Lost, his friendship with Jorge Garcia who played Hurley on Lost, his interaction with Matthew Fox, his time at the Groundlings, meeting his hero Phil Hartman, surfing, iO West, his magical avocado tree and so much more!!!
