A 19-year-old man has been charged with stunt driving after police say they clocked him going 246 km/h on Highway 403 in Mississauga.

Despite the sheer recklessness shown in this situation, police haven't determined whether or not the driver will be facing criminal charges. Scott asks callers for their opinion on why this driver and others like him don't face more severe penalties.
