We finally learn the truth about what really goes on in The Attic, and it's up to Echo figure out how to bring down the Rossum Corporation's mainframe computer that runs on human brain power. Glimpses of the apocalyptic future shown in "Epitaph One" appear, and one of Rossum's founders works with Echo and the others to prevent that future from occurring. Episode Grade: A
Wayne and Dave take a look at one of the most intriguing scifi television shows to come along in quite a while. BBC America's Orphan Black starring Tatiana Maslany explores the practical and ethical considerations surrounding human cloning. Who's your favorite clone? Oh right. First rule of clone club; you don't use the C word.
Echo and Boyd begin to put into motion the plan to free the Dollhouse's actives, and as Adele DeWitt spirals out of control, their plan appears to be relatively foolproof. However, after Anthony/Victor is released at the end of his five year commitment, things do not go according to plan, and Echo, Victor, and Sierra end up paying a stiff price for their actions. Episode Grade: A-
Alpha returns to the Dollhouse to learn why Echo loves Paul Ballard even though she hasn't been programmed to feel that emotion. It takes Topher's remote wipe device to bring order to the chaos that Alpha sets into motion, but Ballard is left on life support as DeWitt and Boyd assess the situation and formulate a plan to take down Alpha. Episode Grade: Dave A Wayne A-
Working undercover with Paul Ballard and away from the Dollhouse, Echo learns to harness the power and skillsets of each of her previous imprints. Harding has taken over the Los Angeles house supplanting Adele DeWitt, but Topher's progress with his tech that will facilitate remote wipes sets the stage for the inevitable fall. Episode Grade: A-
In the conclusion of a two part episode, Topher 1.0 finds himself at odds with the Washington D.C. programmer Bennett Halverson, who despite the attraction each has for the other, presents perhaps the most formidable foe the LA house has faced in quite some time. On the run with Senator Perrin, Echo manages to stay one step ahead of Rossum, but in the end, the corporation wins, and Perrin takes the next step toward running for president. Episode Grade: Dave A Wayne A-
After the Resolute is attacked, the Robinson family and other colonist groups are forced to begin the journey to Alpha Centauri sooner than expected. After a collision with an alien craft, the Robinsons crash land on an unknown world and face a series of perils, not the least of which is dealing with the fact that thier vessel, Jupiter 2 is trapped under the ice. A great start to a retelling of the classic series that ran between 1965-1968. Episode Grade: Dave A- Wayne A
Adele Dewitt and the Los Angeles Dollhouse come under attack from the home office, and it appears the house will be offered up as a sacrifice to an inquiring public. However, the episode's big reveal comes in the form of government infiltration through the imprinting of a United States senator. And, of course, Summer Glau joins the cast as Bennett, the seeming equivalent at the Washington D.C. house. Episode grade: Dave A- Wayne B+
"Belonging" explores the tragic events that lead to Sierra's stay at the Dollhouse. Deliberately rendered paranoid schizophrenic by a Dollhouse doctor, Priya, now known as Sierra, becomes the doctor's plaything, bringing out the worst in the Rossum Corporation's pet project. In fact, Topher and Dewitt's struggles with the moral mess in which they find themselves strikes at the episode's thematic center. Episode Grade: A+
A Dollhouse shareholder (Michael Hogan/BSG) seeks Adele Dewitt's help in controlling his sociopathic nephew who's been kidnapping women in an attempt to revise his family history. Along the way, Echo and Victor's imprints get switched forcing Topher to attempt a remote wipe, something that to this point only Alpha has been able to achieve. Episode Grade: B+
In the season four and perhaps series finale, the Librarians find themselves in an alternate universe in which memories of the Library have begun to fade away. The truth about Flynn's absence and Nicole's intentions become clear, and in the end, the Libarians rewrite Nicole's history. Flynn and Eve finally tether themselves to the Library and each other, and the world is once again safe. Episode Grade: A+
Since the team has still not chosen a Librarian to tether with Eve, the Library takes matters into its own hands and pits the three against each other in a Hunger Games like battle to the death. Or, has this simply been an intricately concocted plan by Nicole Noone to exact revenge for Flynn's having abandoned her? Regardless, it's the death of Jenkins that hits the hardest in the season's penultimate episode. Episode Grade: Dave B+ Wayne B
A young man obsessed with the Library obtains an ancient text that enable him to switch bodies with the man he idolizes, Jenkins. It doesn't take long for the Librarians to figure out what's going on, but it's Jeff's Dungeons and Dragons friends that assist Jenkins in returning to the Library and eliminating the evil threat unleashed by some dude named Jeff. Episode Grade: A
Cassandra and Jenkins stay behind at the Library to research the solo vs multi-librarian concept while Eve and the team check out ghost sightings at a town steeped in Civil War lore. However, the in-fighting taking place among the three young Librarians neatly counterpoints the uncomfortable truth that brothers and sisters often fought on opposite sides in the war between the states. Cassandra takes a sabbatical from the Library to address her fears and examine whether or not she wants to remain a Librarian. Along with a young man from "the safest town in America," Cassandra confronts the fairy who's been protecting the town for the past 27 years. In the end, she learns that life is not without risks, and the town must now transition to a new level of normalcy. Episode Grade: A
Eve takes Cassandra, Ezekiel, and Jacob to a team building camp to investigate and participate when the Clipping Book sends them to find out why campers are going missing. DOSA returns and Jake develops a crush, while Cassie torments Jones with a series of pranks. In the end, each learns about his/her commitment to The Library, and Eve comes to terms with Flynn's resignation. Episode Grade: Dave A- Wayne B+

Flynn comes face to face with his 19th century hero Librarian Darrington Dare as the two fight to stop Ambrose Gethic from wreaking havoc in the 21st. After an entire town wakes up to find itself significantly aged, the Librarians swoop in to figure out whether or not magic plays a role. Episode Grade: Dave A- Wayne C+
Hoping for a night away from the Library, Eve and Flynn take in a movie, but their date ends up taking an unexpected turn. They find themselves as characters in one of Eve's favorite film noir classics, and when Cassandra, Ezekiel, and Jake come to the rescue, the young ones find themselves trapped as well. With Flynn, Eve, and Jenkins away enjoying a tropical vacation with Santa, the young Librarians watch over Santa's sleigh, and as usual, things don't turn out as planned. Ezekiel uses the Magic Door to visit his mother and sisters, but his mom takes time out from celebrating Thankstaking Day to do a little taking on the side. When a Roman goddess escapes her confinement, the Librarians are called in to find out who's been stealing luck. In an episode that examines the individual commitment each Librarian must make to the job, a renewed sense of purpose and fulfillment helps Cassandra, Jake, and Ezekiel make peace with the lives they've chosen. The Librarians calls back to the first film in the trilogy by reintroducing Nicole Noone, Flynn's first guardian. Having been sent 500 years in the past, Nicole puts her anger aside and helps the team recover the cornerstones from the first library. Rachel Nichols stars as Nicole, and John Noble appears as Monsignor Vega. Dave and Wayne answer another Travelers question and touch on the Doctor Who Christmas Special. Episode Grade: B+

Vincent convinces Simon to build a consciousness transfer machine that he claims will help the specialist regain his mental health. Philip attends an historians meeting and receives his first timeline data update, but it's not without its consequences. Hall and Luca gain an early release from prison and resurface in a mission that complicates his already tenuous relationship with MacLaren. The team members continue to accept the fact that these are their new lives despite Hall's warning to not get caught up in the trappings of the 21st. Episode Grade: Dave A Wayne B+
Traveler 0027 aka Grace, stands trial for disrupting the Grand Plan, but all is not as it seems as the Director has something else in mind. Even though MacLaren's team appears to be making progress in its fight against the Faction, another serious issue has cropped up. The timeline is changing, and Philip's knowledge of the past is no longer as relevant as it once was. Episode Grade: A-

The Home Team sets out to retrieve a meteor whose properties give rise to materials necessary to create the Director, but the Faction stands in its way. What makes this episode so compelling is that we don't know whether the characters are trapped in some sort of time loop or a repeated simulation. Peripheral characters must repeat their steps to ultimately prevent the Faction from winning this battle. Episode Grade: A
